Troubleshooting Tips:
Reset Your SpeedNet Modem
Reset your SpeedNet modem by disconnecting the power to the modem, waiting 10 seconds, then reconnecting the power. Most modems will come online within 1 minute but may take as long as 5 minutes.
Reset Your Router
Reset your router by disconnecting the power to the router, waiting 10 seconds, then reconnecting the power. Most routers will come online within 1 minute but may take longer.
Bypass Your Router
Bypass your router by connecting a single computer directly into the SpeedNet modem and then reset the modem. You may have to release and renew the IP address of your computer.
Changing Computers or Routers
If you change the device your SpeedNet modem is connected to (such as disconnecting a router and plugging directly into a computer or vice versa) you must reset the SpeedNet modem. You may also have to release and renew the IP address of your router or computer.
