and 4G is the fastest yet available.

cable to get SpeedConnect?
No. SpeedConnect service does not require a phone line or cable
connection.
Do I need an antenna on
my home?

may require an external antenna. Call SpeedConnect at 866-297-2900
for more details.
I tried to get SpeedConnect
before but couldn't. Can I get SpeedConnect now?
SpeedConnect is constantly expanding our coverage area. Check
here to see if SpeedConnect is available in your area.
Is SpeedConnect Wi-Fi?
No. SpeedConnect's technology runs over secure FCC-Licensed frequencies.
WiFi operates on unlicensed 2.4 Ghz frequencies, which are vulnerable
to scanning and packet interception.
What is FCC-Licensed and
why does it matter?
SpeedConnect owns FCC-Licensed spectrum. This means we have the
exclusive rights to the frequencies we use to transmit our customers’
data. Other wireless companies use public frequencies that are cluttered
with traffic and interference. SpeedConnect provides better performance,
security and reliability.
Is SpeedConnect satellite-based
service?
No. SpeedConnect utilizes existing cellular, water towers, and some
roof tops to attach our technology. The antenna, or in some cases
the modem, links directly to the technology attached to these structures.
Is SpeedConnect service
as reliable as cable, DSL or dial-up?
Yes. SpeedConnect's connection is secure and reliable. SpeedConnect's
service is not typically affected by weather.
Can multiple computers
be connected at the same time?
Yes. With the use of a router, you can have multiple computers connected
to the Internet at the same time.
